Your Orders

We always make sure that your experience is as seamless as possible. After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email notification confirming your order. In that email, you will see the details of your purchase.

We recommend that you create an account with us before or during placing an order. Once you have an account, simply log in through the My Account icon in the upper left corner of the screen. From there, you can review your orders in the Orders submenu.

Payments

We try to make paying your online purchases as easy and secure as possible. You may pay for your Twin Princess Gems orders through the following payment options: 

  1. Credit Cards via Paypal (Paypal account is not required)
  2. Paypal
  3. Online Bank Transfer through BPI or METROBANK
  4. Over the Counter Bank Deposit through BPI or METROBANK

Deliveries

We do our best to get your items delivered in a timely manner. Upon confirmation of the order, delivery will be completed within 5-7 business days within Metro Manila and 10-14 business days for addresses outside Metro Manila*.

For made-to-order and bespoke items, please allow for a 3-to-4-week lead time for your orders to be created. Once we have created your order,  delivery will be completed within 5-7 business days within Metro Manila and 10-14 business days for addresses outside Metro Manila*.

Receiving Orders

Once your jewelry is ready for delivery, our Support Team will contact you to confirm your availability to receive the order. To ensure that the package reaches you directly and safely, we require that at the time of delivery, you present a valid government-issued ID with indicated residential address, which must match the order details. Your signature is required to receive the item.

Should you be unavailable to receive the item on the scheduled date of delivery, you may authorize a representative to receive it for you. Kindly have the representative present a signed authorization letter from you, the representative’s valid government-issued ID, and the complete details of your order for verification.

If you or your authorized representative are not available to receive the jewelry, the item will be returned to our office for safekeeping. Please contact us to reschedule the delivery.
