We ensure that every masterpiece that leaves our store is of top quality, created to be passed on from generation to generation. To show our customers how much we value them, we offer a Lifetime Warranty to cover manufacturing defects in the unlikely chance that there are concerns. 

If the item you purchased from us is in need of repair due to a manufacturing defect, kindly send us the item for evaluation. If confirmed that the repair needed is due to a manufacturing defect, the repair will be free of charge. 

Kindly note that the Lifetime Warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, lack of maintenance, negligence, damages incurred due to trauma, loss, or theft. Likewise, we cannot cover any Twin Princess Gems piece that has been altered by another jeweler. 

Because we believe that taking care of your piece matters, Twin Princess Gems offers free, lifetime cleaning of the jewelry you purchased from us. We highly encourage you to Leave Us A Message  to schedule an appointment at any of our branches so we can properly assist you.

Yes, we do. However, for clarity, the standard sizes of our jewelry are as follows: 

  • Rings (US Size) – 6 and 6.5
  • Bracelets – 7 inches

If your preference is not within our standard sizes stated above, kindly Leave Us A Message  to send an inquiry or to schedule an appointment to try on our pieces in any of our branches.

Yes, we offer repairs for pieces from Twin Princess Gems. Repairs are subject to fees and availability and may also take up to 30 business days.

Our Online Store

We always make sure that your experience is as seamless as possible. After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email notification confirming your order. In that email, you will find the “View your order” button that you can click to see your purchase.

However, we recommend that you create an account with us before or during placing an order. Once you have an account, simply log in through the “My Account” icon in the upper left corner of the screen and from there, you can review your order history.

Our Payment and Delivery Process

We do our best to get your items delivered in a timely manner. Upon confirmation of the order, delivery will be completed within 5-7 business days within Metro Manila and 10-14 business days for addresses outside Metro Manila.

For made-to-order and bespoke items, please allow for a 3-to-4 week lead time for your orders to be created. Once we have created your order,  delivery will be completed within 5-7 business days within Metro Manila and 10-14 business days for addresses outside Metro Manila.

We try to make paying your online purchases as easy and secure as possible. You may pay for your Twin Princess Gems orders through the following payment options: 

  1. Credit Cards via Paypal (Paypal account is not required)
  2. Paypal
  3. Online Bank Transfer through BPI or METROBANK
  4. Over the Counter Bank Deposit through BPI or METROBANK

Once your orders are paid, it is considered final as it is immediately processed. 

However, we allow customers to exchange products in-store within 7 calendar days after the purchase, provided that the piece is unworn, undamaged, and with the stones still intact. You may Leave Us A Message or see our Terms & Conditions for further details and information.

Beyond the confirmation you will see on the page, you will also receive an email upon checkout confirming that your order is currently being processed. You may also Leave Us A Message to inquire about your order.

At the moment, deliveries within Metro Manila are free of charge. For deliveries outside of Metro Manila, please Leave Us A Message with your delivery address so we can get back to you on the delivery fees.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders outside of the Philippines.

Once your jewelry is ready for delivery, our Support Team will contact you to confirm your availability to receive the order. To ensure that the package reaches you directly and safely, we require that at the time of delivery, you present a valid government-issued ID with indicated residential address, which must match the order details. Your signature is required to receive the item.

Should you be unavailable to receive the item on the scheduled date of delivery, you may authorize a representative to receive it for you. Kindly have the representative present a signed authorization letter from you, the representative’s valid government-issued ID, and the complete details of your order for verification.

If you or your authorized representative are not available to receive the jewelry, the item will be returned to our office for safekeeping. Please contact us to reschedule the delivery.

Caring For Your Jewelry

Twin Princess Gems creates elegant and timeless pieces that can last for generations. 

The vibrance and luster of our fine jewelry are preserved by proper care. This is why we highly encourage you to bring your Twin Princess Gems jewelry to any of our branches, at least once a year, for professional examination and servicing. You may Leave Us A Message to schedule an appointment. 

For daily care, the following instructions would help maintain your jewelry and would minimize the effects caused by frequent wear and exposure to elements: 

  1. Store your jewelry separately in a protective box or pouch to avoid scratches.
  2. For your pearls, gently wipe with a dry and soft cloth after every use.
  3. For your diamonds, soak in warm water mixed with a mild soap until the solution is at room temperature. Then, gently clean with a soft bristled brush. Rinse completely and dry using a soft cloth.
  4. Avoid exposing your jewelry to variable temperature, household bleach, swimming pool chlorine, saltwater, and products containing sulfur which may cause discoloration and/or disintegration.
  5. Examine your jewelry regularly to ensure that the settings are snug and the clasps and joinings are secure.
